How to be healthy according to Al Qur'an


Al Qur'an gave us a few tips to become healthy :
  • Take a bath before dawn. At least 1 hours before sunrise.
  • Drink 1 glass of coll water in the morning.
  • Tafakkur when doing early morning prayer.
  • Eat using hand and lick it after finish.
